Massage Therapist Mary Uebersax and Ayurvedic Holistic Dr. Anju Satheesh—A Zoom meeting to learn accessible, hands-on self-care and holistic tools to clear stagnation and revitalize how you feel, look [see], and think. Presenters are combining expertise in Movement, Lifestyle, and Health Food. Each meeting will include a presentation, experiential session, and short meditation. The last session provides review and time for office hours.
