The MELT Method - EarthTones Studio class with Mary Uebersax, Roller Class

- Fee: $15 drop-in / $10 regular attendance
The Instructor, Mary Uebersax, brings a resiliency-minded practice to mindful movement. Classes are designed to support both your body and mind, helping refine your strength, improve mobility, and reconnect with yourself through intentional movement and breathwork. Expect a practice that leaves you feeling resilient, grounded, and more connected both on and off your mat.
