✨ Prostrations Presentation & Workshop with Vladan Mijatovic Zivojnov✨

Event Details:

Join visiting presenter, author, and photojournalist Vladan Mijatovic Zivojnov for an engaging session dedicated to the restorative practice of movement meditation through prostrations.

This 2-hour experience includes a 20-minute talk on the physical and subtle benefits and visualization techniques of prostration practice, a 40-minute guided prostration movement session, and a concluding Q&A. Perfect for anyone interested in movement meditation, somatic grounding, and mindful body awareness.

  • Energy Exchange: $20 – $40 sliding scale (Pay what feels comfortable within this range)

  • What to Bring & Expect: Yoga mats, chairs, and cushions are provided. Please wear comfortable, movement-friendly clothing and bring a reusable water vessel to stay hydrated. The event takes place in our covered outdoor space.

  • Our Presenter: Vladan Mijatovic Zivojnov | is an author, photojournalist, and student of Eastern movement and meditation traditions. Having traveled extensively throughout Nepal, India, and the Himalayas, Vladan has spent decades documenting and practicing traditional meditative disciplines, sacred sound, and somatic movement. His workshops bring a compassionate, accessible approach to integrating ancient movement practices into daily life and body awareness.

Join specialist Mary Uebersax and guest Dr. Anju Satheesh for an introductory 4-part live and Zoom series exploring the essentials of lymphatic flow. Through hands-on demonstrations, channel mapping, and holistic strategies, you'll learn accessible self-care techniques and tool integrations to clear stagnation and support whole-body vitality.
