- While the Shelter-in-Place is still active for California, there are no clear ways to prevent the risks of the current COVID-19 virus. During this time, we are resolved to work with public health advisors and are in close monitoring of planning for best practices from here forward.
- Our services will be revised, hours will be changed to accommodate pre- and post-session protocols, as well as to eliminate the overlap, and full consideration will be given between clients for hygiene and room sanitation protocols as well as personal re-set time, and stagger start times so no client arrivals or departures.
- Touch-free payment options are being instituted as well as screening and intake forms for general information and conditions.
- For all these reasons the services are inactive at this time.

Massage Therapy is relaxing, therapeutic for most physical conditions, and is rewarding for the soul. Massage is part of a preventative health program to help reduce stress, strengthen all the systems of your body, and tune in to patterns such as posture, energy restoration, and rest. As a nationally certified massage therapist, Mary continually learns, shares and grows with many educators and practitioners in massage therapy, yoga and other allied fields.
Mary’s focus incorporates Body-Mind-Spirit coaching to help individuals reduce stress, recover from injury and enhance overall fitness and health. For over twenty years she has presented on wellness topics and international health. Currently, her work addresses sustainable living, stress management, yoga, Holistic Care with Melt Method, and therapeutic massage targeted towards community, business and fitness groups.
The Body-Mind-Spirit approach empowers the body and helps explore the balance of inner and outer environments. This approach enhances personal progress and healing while strengthening the body. Combining work as a Licenses Massage Therapist, Mary is studied in Western and Eastern healing traditions and various traditions in Yoga. She also facilitates programs at her facility, EarthTones. Her background allows a depth of care where individuals can have a well-rounded focus for progress towards health.
