Mary Uebersax, Yoga Therapy and Pilates, The Melt Method, Mindfulness Walking (Peditation)

Yoga classes and private Pilates groups serve to bring balance of health, focus and calm. Mary guides classes
through restorative and strengthening practices. Each class adapts for multiple levels of training addressing
proper alignment and touches on emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of yoga. Mary's classes and practice
has evolved from a the following instructor training.

All classes involve instruction individualized with modifications with use of props and support so that
students are encouraged to progress safely and develop an intuitive communication with their body.
      Ongoing Class Schedule -

    Tuesday         5:15-6:30 pm YOGA FOR HEALTH AND WELLNESS
                         level 1-2 class modifications for basic through intermediate poses

    Wednesday    9:00-10:15 am MELT Method and Therapeutic Yoga
                         Therapeutic Class blending two therapeutic traditions

    Sunday          9:00-10:15 a.m.  YOGA SUNDAY MORNING CELEBRATION
                        Light and Peaceful Practice/Meditation

Yoga packages $8/class or Drop in $10/class.
